Merry Christmas from the Kings. This Christmas still doesn’t even feel like Christmas… Perhaps it is the exhaustion… The new baby… Living between two houses… One of the kids being states away… Not every day is easy but every day is worth it…though most posts on Facfamily christmas photoebook are happy smiley faces, we all know life is not always just peachy… Even though life is hectic for us right now… And we may walk into a room and forget what we went in there for in the first place… Or we fail to finish a conversation because of interruptions by a fussy baby… we are blessed to have one another and are thankful to be Celebrating our Saviors birth…may this happy picture and those our friends post of their families be a continuous reminder of the blessings that are right in front of us…even through life’s struggles. Life is good… All the time… MERRY Christmas!

Christmas 2014

12:25:2014The girls and K already received a playhouse, but this morning they received a DIY tree house. Originally the smaller house was purchased as the one and only, but then we were blessed to be given the larger one. So what do you do when you love the outdoors and move from the country to the city? You buy a house with a pool, create plenty of outdoor play areas, and make plans for the future chicken Coop and rehabbing the bikes. The girls also received a couple of balls, a croquet set, and a light show for the pool that can also be used for their “dance parties” in their playhouse … Now we need their basketball goal… And perhaps get a horse shoe set…and we will be set.. Oh, and daddy’a grill and a fire pit are also a must. Killian is obviously enjoying his present too.

Two weeks… and still in love! The girls have been great at knowing and accepting that the babies needs comes before their wants. Now if only I had a volume control button. It does help to kick them ogirls and kutside so they can play in their early Christmas present. Daddy and mommy got a kinda fixer upper in mid city for Christmas… And so did the kids. Back to the old hood… Adjusting, yet enjoying city life and old/new friends.

So Much to Rejoice

Very blessed to watch my girl sing her heart out about the true meaning of Christmas…her little sister watched with a smile on her face, I with tears in my eyes, and Killian danced in his cozy place….oh and the husband and 4 grandparents were also there for encouragement.kiss kingsmommy and girls

Can’t wait to meet our little bundle

Reassuring doctor’s appointment today. He may be late, but mommy and baby are healthy, so no inducing. Ready to meet him, but would really like to see Iz sing at her Christmas performance tomorrow.  This crib has been passed down in the King family since 1857 and each child who has slept in it has his/her name engraved on the sides.  So special!morely crib

Target Practice

Daddy took all three of his girls to target practice at the farm house this week. Ace skipped the bow, but all enjoyed the 22 while mommy relaxed indoors as baby king decided to move backwards a week before his due date…I think he is in now in my throat. Blessed by my growing family even through the heartburn…boys sure are stubborn.
